Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with QuikPing. This policy covers refunds for both the physical QR sticker and paid subscriptions.
QR stickers
If your sticker arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't scan, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Because each sticker carries a unique code bound to your account, we cannot accept returns of working stickers once activated — but if you haven't activated it, we'll refund unused stickers within 14 days of delivery, less return shipping.
Subscriptions
7-day money-back:if you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first subscription payment, contact us for a full refund.
Cancellations:you can cancel anytime from settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period. We don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods after the 7-day window, except where required by law.
Annual & lifetime plans: annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days. Lifetime plans are refundable in full within 30 days of purchase.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
